Winter's evenings are cold (in most places, anyway), which is a great excuse to spend them on the couch in front of TV, drinking something warm and tasty and cuddling with the loved ones! And for those of you who decided to stick with my winter program, I've counted down a few people to make you feel a little warmer!

10 & 9. Amaury Nolasco & Rebecca Mader

How do we know him/her:
He played Fernando Sucre on the FOX drama series Prison Break and she played Charlotte Lewis on the ABC cult series Lost.

Where can we see him/her:
Nolasco is playing Angel Ortiz and Mader is playing Grace on the new ABC sitcom Work It.

What is it about:
Work It is a cross-dressing sitcom about two men, who dressed up like women to get a job.

Where to watch and when to start:
The pilot aired on January 3rd and is available on ABC.com. The show is already canceled, though.

Why is it a bad thing:
The show was so horrifying it got canceled after two episodes.

8. Tricia Helfer

Where can we see her:
Helfer is playing Alex Clark on the new NBC series The Firm.

The Firm is a sequel of 1993 legal thriller and a novel of the same name.

Where to watch and when to start:
It premiered with a two-hour special on Sunday, January 8. The aired episodes are now available on NBC.com.

Why is it a bad thing:
It's a supporting role, and, considering that she already got a part in another TV show, she may not stick around in it for a long time.

Kiefer Sutherland

7. Kiefer Sutherland

How do we know him:
He played Jack Bauer on FOX thriller drama cult series 24.

Where can we see him:
Sutherland is playing Martin Bohm on the new FOX series Touch.

Where to watch and when to start:
The premiere is scheduled for March 19, with a preview on January 25.

Why is it a bad thing:
The concept seems kind of heavy, and as a sci-fi drama it is at risk of canceling by default.

6. Dustin Hoffman

How do we know him:
We know him. Right?

Where can we see him:
Hoffman is playing Chester Bernstein on the new HBO series Luck.

What is it about:
Luckis a drama about horse racing.

Where to watch and when to start:
HBO aired the first episode on December 11, 2011 as a preview.

Why is it a bad thing:
Horse racing drama is not for everyone, and it's on cable.

5. Ashley Judd

How do we know her:
She played in a lot of different movies and TV shows.

Judd is playing Rebecca Winstone on the new ABC series Missing.

It's sounds a lot like Taken. Yesterday news.

4. Callum Keith Rennie

He played Leoben on the SyFy cult series Battlestar Galactica and Don Wilson on the SyFy series Alphas.

Where can we see him:
Rennie is playing Ray McDeere on the new NBC series The Firm.

Where to watch and when to start:

She played Veronica Mars on the CW cult series of the same name.

Where can we see her:
Bell is playing Jeannie Van Der Hooven on the new Showtime series House of Lies.

House of Lies is a sharp comedy about business consultants.

Where to watch and when to start:

2. Jason Isaacs

She played Lucius Malfoy in the Harry Potter movies.

Where can we see him:
Isaacs is playing Michael Britten on the new NBC series Awake.

Where to watch and when to start:
It will premiere on February 11 on NBC.

Why is it a bad thing:
It's can either become a cult show, or be canceled really fast, depending on ratings. Or, since it's a sci-fi series, it can become a cult show and still get canceled really fast.

1. Jorge Garcia

How do we know him:
She played Hugo Hurley Reyes on ABC cult series Lost.

Where can we see her:
Garcia is playing Dr. Diego Soto on the new FOX series Alcatraz.

Alcatraz is a sci-fi drama series about the investigation of missing Alcatraz Island prisoners, whose fingerprints appear during a homicide case decades later.

Where to watch and when to start:
It premiered on January 16. The pilot is now available (sort of) on FOX.com.

Why is it a bad thing:
I really hope this show doesn't get canceled. Please, FOX, don't cancel this show. Cancel Terra Nova instead.

So, what about you? Are you planning to stick with my winter program? If so, which of these shows have you checked out already and which are you planning to watch?
